Decorrius Wright, 17, and Diamond Lewis, 16, will have their felony charges, which include criminal homicide, transferred to adult court in Davidson County, news outlets reported. The two teens, along with three young girls, who at the time were ages 12, 14 and 15, were charged with criminal homicide in the February death of Kyle Yorlets, Wright was 16 at the time of the killing and Lewis was Court documents said several factors were considered in the move including prior records, the aggressive nature of the offense and the teens' response to treatment efforts.

Amadu Sullaman Jalloh, of Wilkes-Barre, also pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from allegations he fired shots at another college party in early Sklarosky Jr. Jalloh, joined by defense attorney Frank McCabe, entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty to a charge of aggravated assault and a charge of robbery. Jalloh will also, in accordance with the plea deal, plead guilty to a count of owning a gun with the serial number removed, but this case must be first transferred to Sklarosky before Jalloh can enter that plea.

By John Surratt. Email the author. A Vicksburg teenager is facing multiple felony charges as an adult after being arrested late Monday in connection to a drive-by shooting on Feb. Jadarius Funches, 15, of Vicksburg was arrested at a home in the Kings community shortly after 9 p. He is being charged as an adult because he used a weapon to commit a violent felony in the drive-by shooting that wounded a year-old teenager in the leg.
The defendant, Jashawn J. Eaddy, 17, is now facing more charges in other gun-related cases. Erie police also charged Eaddy as an adult in the new cases.
